• Returns must be shipped with Daniell Rainn shipping label, with reason for return clearly stated.
• Returns must be received within 30 days from date of delivery.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days from receiving the merchandise; you will receive confirmation once credit is processed.
• We reserve the right to deny refund, if merchandise returned doesn’t meet policy requirements.
